Formerly employed as an assembler at the Pioneer Transformer Plant in Pioneer, Ohio. He passed at his home in Colorado Springs. His funeral service was officiated by Rev. Nori Rost. He served in the army.

Community Contributions

Roger Annis was a crown prince of the United Court of the Pikes Peak Region, Knight of the Garter, and a member of the Colorado Gay Rodeo Association. He volunteered for the Southern Colorado AIDS Project, and fundraised for Pikes Peak Metropolitan Community Church, The Pikes Peak Gay & Lesbian Community Center, Monarch House, Pikes Peak Pridefest, Gender Gay Pride Parade and Festival, the Lambda House 1, and the Denver Children's Hospital. ^[1]
