Julia McKay is a Unitarian Universalist Minister, artist, and pianist. She was the first Executive Director of Inside Out Youth Services and helped organize Musicfest 98.[1] She was also a co-chair of the The Pikes Peak Gay & Lesbian Community Center.

Rev. Julia McKay was born in Denver, CO. She moved to Colorado Springs in 1983 at the start of her teaching career.

She got a degree in counseling, and soon after, she took on the role of Executive Director at Inside Out Youth Services. During her time there, she helped elevate the organization from one
